Do I need to live in the U.S. to open an LLC?

No. We are 100% remote. We serve clients from any country via Zoom and Whatsapp. Non-residents can incorporate an LLC or C-Corp without setting foot on U.S. soil.

What's the difference between LLC, S-Corp, and C-Corp?

The LLC is flexible and ideal for small businesses. The S-Corp has tax advantages for certain residents. The C-Corp is preferred if you plan to raise capital from angels or VC funds.

Are you lawyers or CPAs?

No. We are document preparation and business consulting specialists. If your case requires advanced legal or tax advice, we tell you clearly and refer you to the right professional.

What is the BOI Report and why do I need it?

Since 2024, mosts LLC and corporations in the U.S. must report their beneficial owners to FinCEN. This is specially relevant for non-resident owners. We include it in all our packages.
